Sunday Evening Thoughts

Once again let me welcome you to my Sunday Evening Thoughts, just some general thoughts of the goings on in the world of sports in the past week. Let’s get down to business!

1. I got Bill Simmons book “The Book of Basketball” for Christmas this past week, haven’t gotten into it too far, but I would recommend it to any fan of the NBA, or any fan of Bill Simmons.

2. I don’t know about all of you but I am excited for Mike Holmgren.

3. Quickly, I am gonna give it up for the Cavs and a big W over the Lakers.

4. With 1 game in hand over Man Utd, and 2 over Chelsea, Arsenal has a real shot at getting back into the race for the Premiership.

5. And finally, who would’ve thunk that Jerome Harrison would put up 100 more this week (148 and a TD to be exact)? And that overall (with a few exceptions) the Browns would play well for a third consecutive week? Eric Wright and McDonald with nice picks (Bowens had one too) The defense looks awesome, the running game is working nicely, even the receivers and tight ends have played well (even with DA throwing it). A all around great game from the Browns, (although we didn’t have any offense other than Harrison, and Charlie Frye did pass for 300+ yards on us… Whatever we got the Win, and that is all that matters).

Thats all I got for you this week. If you have anything to add, or anything you would like to discuss with me about some of this stuff feel free to comment, and we will get right back to you.
