The Cavaliers have begun to pick up their offseason moves recently, signing Eyenga, trading away West and Telfair for Sessions and Hollins, and most recently the Cavaliers have added SG/SF Joey Graham. Graham has spent his career playing for the Toronto Raptors and Denver Nuggets, he spent 4 years in Toronto and last season with the Nuggets.
Joey Graham will add a backup Shooting Guard that the Cavs sincerely need, as well as a Small Forward to use in behind Moon and Green at times.
Graham has averaged 6 points and just under 3 rebounds over the course of his career, peaking at 7.7 points and 3.7 boards in just under 20 minutes a game in 08-09 for Toronto. Last year he averaged 4 points and 2 rebounds in 12 minutes per game.
Now the other thing that I wanted to touch upon, and I realize how greatly delayed it is, but I just wanted to say my piece about the LeBron James situation. A lot of people have been getting really upset about how he did what he did, and it is completely justified. But to be honest, I don’t care that he is gone. He made his decision, he chose his path. We have been Cavs fans since before LeBron (well, most of us) and we always knew that we would be when he left. Yes, what he did and the way he did it was wrong, but we as a fan base are stronger than one player leaving. We will be good again, we may have to wait, but aren’t we already pretty good at that?
