With Dustin closing in on Zach in the scores, 70-61, week 9 should hopefully be an eventful week.
San Diego Chargers (3-5) @ Houston Texans (4-3)
Dustin: Houston. Texans are better at home, and the Chargers are terrible on the road.
Zach: Chargers. I think the Texans have lost their early season shine, their pass defense is exposed week in and week out, the Chargers will look to air it out.
Arizona Cardinals (3-4)@ Minnesota Vikings (2-5)
D: Vikings. They’re better without Moss heading into this week. Expect a Chilly Reception… Wordplay… Pretty funny, eh?
Z: Vikings. I can’t pick the Cardinals even with the Vikings struggling.
New Orleans Saints (5-3) @ Carolina Panthers (1-6)
D: Saints. Does this one really need an explanation.
Z: Saints. They’ll need to repeat last week’s performance to look to regain some respect after losing to Cleveland.
New England Patriots (6-1) @ Cleveland Browns (2-5)
D: Hmmmmmmmm. Homer pick. Browns.
Z: Patriots. Beating the Saints was one thing, but I can’t see the Browns pulling another upset.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-2) @ Atlanta Falcons (5-2)
D: Bucs. Freeman has looked too good to bet against recently.
Z: Falcons. I think their experience out-does the Buc’s youth.
Chicago Bears (4-3) @ Buffalo Bills (0-7)
D: Da Bears. The Bills will reach the half way point of their season a sterling 0-8.
Z: Bills. This is their week. The Bills can rush the passer fairly well and the Bears are really skidding. I see this as a possible win for Buffalo.
Miami Dolphins (4-3) @ Baltimore Ravens (5-2)
D: Ravens. The Dolphins have been struggling moving the ball on the ground, and it wont get any better this week.
Z: Ravens. Two tough D’s, so don’t expect much offense.
New York Jets (5-2) @ Detroit Lions (2-5)
D: Jets. The Jets D will get a chance to flex their muscles and will look to shake Stafford.
Z: Jets. Much like the Browns/Patriots matchup, the Lions can beat the Redskins, but the Jets are a different story.
New York Giants (5-2) @ Seattle Seahawks (4-3)
D: Giants. The Seahawks are overachieving at 4-3, look for the Giants to show us who they really are.
Z: Giants. They are looking to establish themselves as the best team in the NFC.
Indianapolis Colts (5-2) @ Philadelphia Eagles
D: Colts. Vick is back, but it won’t count for much against Peyton.
Z: Colts. Manning needs to keep his team winning if he wants to get that 1-seed.
Kansas City Chiefs (5-2) @ Oakland Raiders (4-4)
D: Raiders. They’ve been rolling for two weeks, look for them to knock off the Chiefs.
Z: Chiefs. It’s the Chiefs’ division to lose, and I think their defense will stop the McFadden express.
Dallas Cowboys (1-6) @ Green Bay Packers (5-3)
D: Packers. Green Bay will put a real hurting on the Cowboys at Lambeau.
Z: Packers. Much as my brother put it last week, No-Romo No-Chance.
Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2) @ Cincinnati Bengals (2-5)
D: Steelers. I’m thinking this one could be the end of T-Ocho’s hopes of a superbowl this season.
Z: Steelers. Monday night show-down against the lackluster Bengals. How many headshots will Harrison take this week? My guess is 3.
